Town of Garner-Yeargan Park,

The Town of Garner’s Yeargan Park, located in Garner, North Carolina, is a newly developed public park designed to provide modern athletic, recreational, and gathering spaces for the surrounding community. The park features four large soccer fields—including two synthetic turf fields and two natural grass fields—along with a large playground, shelter, and supporting pedestrian areas.

Project Highlights

  • Project Size: The project included more than 25,000 square feet of site concrete, including sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, building and shelter slabs, and other concrete improvements throughout the new park.

  • Concrete Scope: Our team completed extensive sidewalks, retaining walls, slabs-on-grade for the park buildings and shelter, concrete stairs, and field curbing supporting the soccer fields and recreational areas.

  • Key Features: The project required concrete construction across a large, multi-use site while maintaining accurate elevations, accessibility, drainage, and coordination with the synthetic turf fields, natural grass fields, playground, shelter, and surrounding site improvements. The completed concrete work provides durable access and long-term support for a high-use community recreation facility.
